The comedy show which stars Boobay and Super Tekla started as one of the online shows of GMA Online Exclusives last February 27, 2018. And it soon began to make waves online with the duo’s brand of comedy and various challenges with various guests.
The success of the show led the duo to bring their acts to TV and go head-to-head with Gandang Gabi Vice. During the year prior, GMA was left with no Sunday night talk show. And its predecessors, notably Pare & Pare, Para Sayo ang Laban Na ‘To and Bossing & Ai, were no match for Vice Ganda’s brand of comedy.
