Kabitseryes are no stranger to ABSCBN’s late Primetime, with a lot of them being successful, such as The Legal Wife and Halik. A flamethrower will hit Primetime with Init sa Magdamag.
The upcoming series stars Yam Concepcion, Gerald Anderson and JM de Guzman. This marks Yam’s first leading lady role and JM’s first time to portray an antagonist role.
Init sa Magdamag tells the story of Tupe (Gerald), Rita (Yam), and Peterson (JM) involved in a love triangle. Tupe, who hopes of becoming a doctor, clashes with Rita numerous times and soon fall in love with each other. Soon, Tupe gets falsely accused for involvement in the corrupt activities of his father who’s a government official.
